Topics throughout the series include new processes, useful information on milling and baking, equipment information, and uses for cereal grains grown in MN, MT, ND, and SD. A new speaker will be featured each month.

About the Speaker.

Doty is President of N.C. Doty & Associates, LLC, a company that provides guidance in building successful agriculturally oriented organizations. Doty's company provides strategic and business planning expertise in cereal grain, oilseed, vegetable, and fruit-based intermediate and finished food, feed, fuel, and fiber products processing and distribution. Doty has been in chief executive management roles with Global Electric Motorcars, LLC, Fargo, ND and Sonne Labs, Inc./Giant Seeds, Wahpeton, ND. Early in his career, Neil was the Director of Product Development for General Nutrition Corporation, Pittsburgh, PA. Neil is also the Business Development Manager for the Northern Crops Institute.
