About the Speaker.

Jim Peterson is the Policy and Marketing Director for the North Dakota Wheat Commission.  He joined the Commission in 1991.  Peterson assists with the development and implementation of international and domestic marketing programs, helps manage wheat research efforts, and conducts market, trade and transportation analysis. His efforts are focused on developing policies and programs which enhance the market value and trade opportunities for North Dakota producers, and help ensure North Dakota wheat meets the quality demands of customers.
