  • 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Fall & Spring Semesters)
    7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Summer, Winter & Spring Breaks)

    Peltier Complex hours are subject to change during University recognized holidays, summer, and semester breaks.

  • Yes. Someone will coordinate with your event’s contact person to ensure access can be provided to all reserved spaces.

    *Note: By default, doors automatically lock after building hours.

  • Setup beyond the pre-set room defaults are the responsibility of the reserving organization. Additional tables and/or chairs may be requested up to room capacity, but you are responsible for arranging labor for desired setup.

    Auditorium: pre-set chairs (60); A/V hookups

    Board Room: pre-set chairs (14) and A/V hookups

    Breakout Room: moveable chair and table arrangement; A/V hookups

    Conference Room: pre-set chairs (10); TV HDMI hookup

    Dining Room: pre-set circular tables (11) and chairs (6 each); A/V hookups

  • Paid parking is available in the PV Lot near the front of the main entrance.

    Parking permits are required in the PV Lot during business hours. Please visit https://www.ndsu.edu/parking/visitors/buy_a_parking_permit/ for more information and to purchase a daily parking pass.

    Parking is available at no cost in the PV Lot outside of business hours.

  • Food and Beverage options are available through NDSU Dining Services, NDSU Retail Dining, and NDSU Catering.

    Note: NDSU Catering orders must be submitted 10 business days prior to the service date. For more information and to order, please visit https://www.ndsu.edu/dining/catering/.

    Outside catering is allowed upon approval. Please contact Lynn Stadum at 701-231-7736 to have outside orders approved.

    Note: NCI is not responsible for coordinating and/or providing food and beverage accommodations. Please coordinate your details with your respective catering service(s).

  • Auditorium: 3 LCD projectors and retractable screens, remote meeting connectivity, soundproof booth for presentation or livestream control, wireless room microphone/speaker system

    Board Room: 1 LCD projector and retractable screen, remote meeting connectivity, wireless room microphone/speaker system

    Breakout Room: 1 LCD projector and retractable screen, remote meeting connectivity, wireless room microphone/speaker system

    Conference Room: 4K TV display with HDMI connection

  • When your reservation is approved, you will have the option to pay immediately via credit card/online payment or to be billed an invoice.

    Note: All NDSU Departments/Organizations may reserve space at no charge, so long as the primary audience are members of the NDSU Community, and it is not charging a monetary fee to attend the event.

  • Possibly. Requests to reserve the atrium should be directed to the NDSU Memorial Union Operations Office.
