The NCI-INTSOY course is designed to teach practical processing methods and innovative applications of soybean ingredients in meat, beverages, baking, snacks, traditional soy foods and animal feed products.

Participants will begin the week long course in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They will travel through farm country and visit various facilities in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Why Should You Attend?

Northern Crops Institute (NCI) is the new host of the former "NSRL-INTSOY" course that was previously held at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. The course is now named NCI-INTSOY hosted by NCI located on the North Dakota State University Campus in Fargo.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Enroll early. This course is limited to 30 participants. All courses are contingent upon sufficient enrollment numbers. Do not make travel reservations until NCI confirms that the course will be offered.

Registration Fee is $1,100.00 if paid in full by APRIL 13, 2017. AFTER this date, registration fee is $1,300.00.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, MAY 1, 2017
Cancellations received after Monday, May 1, 2017, will be assessed a 10% service fee.

Groups of Three or More:
A reduced registration fee of $1,000.00 if paid in full by APRIL 13, 2017 per person is available to groups of three or more from the same company. AFTER this date, registration fee is $1,200.00 per person to group of three or more from the same company.

Daily Transportation:
Daily complimentary transportation will be provided during course activities. This includes all field trips in North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. (During any allowed free-time, you will be responsible to arrange transportation.)

Hotel Information:
Northern Crops Institute has reserved a block of rooms at each designated hotel. DO NOT CONTACT THE HOTELS DIRECTLY TO RESERVE ROOMS.

Once you have confirmed your travel arrangements, please email your itinerary to Linda Briggs at linda.briggs@ndsu.edu and your name will be added to the room list at each hotel. A valid credit card is required upon check-in at each hotel to cover your room expenses. Hotel rooms and some meals ARE NOT included in the course registration fee.
