The mission of this program is to prepare current grain elevator employees to transition to managerial roles.
Part 2: Management vs. Leadership.
This course will cover and compare management vs. leadership strategies as they apply to grain elevator management.

Learn human resources and team management strategies
Hear from industry professionals about their experiences in strategic finance
Think about long term strategic planning for your business
Who Should Attend
This course will be available for current grain elevator staff looking to expand their skill-set in a managerial area, in this case specifically in grain merchandising.

If NCI is forced to cancel this course due to insufficient number of participants, dangerous weather or other circumstances, we will immediately notify all registrants and provide a full refund within 10 business days.
Substitutions for registered participants are allowed if NCI is notified three days prior to the start of the course.

For your course fee, you will also receive access to a Google drive containing materials from lectures and laboratory demonstrations. Refreshments during scheduled breaks and lunches are included, along with one evening dinner banquet. Hotel rooms and other meals ARE NOT included.
