Course Overview:

Join Northern Crops Institute (NCI) for an online course on “Durum Foods”. This course provides participants with information on how durum can be beneficial in other foods besides just pasta. The Durum Foods course will touch on many unique traits of durum, nutritional components, baking and working with durum, as well as a basic understanding of the milling process through networked lectures and video tours.

Participants will have the chance to tune into seminars and watch milling and baking videos and tours. Attendees will also have the opportunity to talk with presenters during live Q & A sessions! This online course will begin in August and you will have the opportunity to work at your own pace through the course.
