Course Overview:

This one-day online symposium focuses on exploring the use of hemp in food products, and is designed to educate individuals and companies in the food space, or industrial use space, on how to utilize hemp in their products. Participants will spend the day learning from the Department of Agriculture, nutritionists, farmers, and other hemp professionals on regulations, specifications and testing, market trends, and processing. The course provides an overview of the benefits of hemp, and how it can be utilized to leverage your products to a growing market.
