About the Speaker.

Kevin Miller is a Principal Scientist in General Mills’ Bell Institute of Health and Nutrition.  In his role, Kevin is responsible for ensuring that General Mills' products comply with external and internal nutrition regulations and policies. Kevin also provides guidance on grains, protein, and fortification. Previously, Kevin worked in healthcare nutrition studying nutrition interventions for improved patient outcomes.  In both current and former roles, Kevin has maintained his passion for building healthy dietary lifestyles and improve overall public health. 

 Kevin completed his Bachelors in animal science, Masters in nutritional physiology, and Ph.D. from North Dakota in collaboration with the United States Department of Agriculture - Agricultural Research Service (USDA-ARS) studying bioavailability and interactions between trace minerals.
