About the Speaker.
Madison Jacobson is the Director of Marketing at the USA Dry Pea and Lentil Council, U.S. Pea & Lentil Trade Association, and American Pulse Association, known collectively as USA Pulses. Madison works to promote the nutritious, sustainable, and delicious powerhouses known as pulse crops (or dry peas, lentils, chickpeas, and dry beans) to foster domestic and international market development. Passionate about delicious cuisine, food systems and supply chains, Madison believes that nutritious, affordable food sources should be available to everyone, everywhere.
Prior to assuming her role at USA Pulses, Madison worked with development organizations in Western Africa to promote agroforestry and regenerative agriculture through intercropping systems and spent 10 years working in the food and beverage service industry.
