Chinese milling and purchasing executives visit

Four Chinese milling and purchasing executives are visiting NCI today to meet with wheat experts who will give them a look at the current hard red spring wheat crop. They are interested in hearing about growing conditions, price outlook, a...nd the wheat breeding and quality programs at NDSU. Matt Weimar, regional vice president, and Shirley Lu, marketing specialist, both with U.S. Wheat Associates, Hong Kong, are accompanying the team, who are hosted by Erica Olson, North Dakota Wheat Commission.
