Torigoe and Hanamaru Companies, Japan

A three-member team from Torigoe and Hanamaru Companies in Japan is visiting Northern Crops Institute (NCI) today to learn more about this year's wheat crop, especially Hard Red Spring Wheat. Torigoe is a Japanese milling company and Hanamaru has 300 Japanese noodle shops in Japan. Erica Olson, (back right), North Dakota Wheat Commission, is escorting the group. Natsuki Fujiwara (back left), NCI Food Technologist, is hosting them.
