October was another busy month with various events on top of our everyday communication and marketing tasks. Let’s recap this month’s events:

Webinars

Our team helps market, run, and recap NCI’s various webinars hosted several times each month! Learn more about each webinar from this month by reading our blog posts:

Webinars keep our team busy as we prepare them from start to finish each week. Before each webinar, our team creates the graphics, website content, Zoom registration and links for panelists and attendees, registration and reminder emails, social media posts, as well as taking time to do run-throughs with each speaker. During the webinar, at least one person from our team attends as host to ensure everything runs smoothly and records for people to watch after. Once the webinar is finished, we upload each recording and send out emails to those who were not able to attend live, and finish with a blog post. post.

Courses

This last month, NCI hosted a Plant-Based Texturized Protein Products hybrid course. Our team helped with the online side of this course by ensuring the technology was working, recording, and functioning well for the online participants. We also took photos and videos during the course for future recap and promotional materials as well as attended the course dinner to take photos.

Between the busyness of webinars, courses, and traveling…our team has also been hard at work editing videos, writing press releases, blog posts, planning, & more for upcoming events.

NCI Booth at the Export Exchange Conference

Part of our team attended the Export Exchange Conference hosted by the U.S. Grains Council from October 12th to 14th in Minneapolis. Our team designed flyers about upcoming webinars, courses, and general information about NCI to hand out to conference attendees. We set up a booth at the conference and talked with the attendees about NCI, courses and webinars, technical services, and more.

Our video focus right now is finishing editing and finalizing projects from last month including our Next 5 Years Conference sessions and MN Wheat’s Marketing Seminar, as well as starting on this month’s video projects!
