Komet Screw Expeller

• Komet Screw Expeller — Dual-head system that extracts oil from seeds without solvents and has full temperature control. It is especially good for oil extraction from small seeds – sunflower, canola, hemp, flax, and camelina.

• Armfield Solvent Extractor — Extracts oils or other soluble components from solid materials, such as oilseeds or plant matter, using a solvent like hexane. It maximizes oil recovery through an efficient extraction process on 10kg of oilseed meal.

• Armfield Neutralizer / Bleacher — Used in edible oil refining process to remove impurities, free fatty acids, and pigments. It combines chemical neutralization and bleaching, using substances like alkali and adsorbent clays, to improve the oil's clarity, stability, and color, preparing it for deodorization or final use.

• Armfield Deodorizer — Removes undesirable odors and flavors from edible oils and fats. It operates by applying heat, vacuum, and steam to strip volatile compounds, ensuring the oil has a neutral taste and odor suitable for consumption or further processing.
