About the Speaker.
Bruce Weber is senior merchant for the CHS Global Grain & Processing wheat product line, a position he has held since Sept. 2020. Weber is responsible for domestic export trade of North America hard wheat, risk management and profitability.
Prior to his current role, Weber was director of global wheat trading for CHS. He also leads the central research function. Prior to that role, Weber was director of risk management and soybean product line for CHS Global Grain Marketing. Weber’s deep commodity trading experience goes back more than 30 years. His career started in St. Paul on the Harvest States wheat desk and five years later he joined United Harvest, a company-owned subsidiary, as the senior trader for hard red and dark northern spring wheat.
