American Association of Cereal Chemists International

Dave Hahn, Ph.D., NCI Technical Director, Rachel Carlson, NCI Food Technologist, and Natsuki Fujiwara, NCI Food Scientist, attended the annual meeting of the American Association of Cereal Chemists International in Providence, R.I., in early October. NCI had a booth that was visited by many food processors and former NCI course participants. Next year, AACCI will celebrate its 100th anniversary.
