Trend Tour and Culinary Workshop

Thunyaporn Naggie Jeradechachai, NCI Crop Quality Specialist, (left), spoke for the USA Dry Peas and Lentils Council (USADPLC) at the “Trend Tour and Culinary Workshop” on July 11-12, 2013  in Chicago, IL. She presented “Value-Added Products 101,” where different value-added applications of pea, lentils, and chickpeas were discussed. Following the workshop, she assisted the USADPLC at the Institute of Food Technologists Food Expo on July 13-16 at the McCormick Place, Chicago.
