Fullfat Soybean Meal Webinar Series | Ruminants

Yesterday NCI held the third webinar in the Feeding Fullfat Soybean Meal Handbook Webinar series. This month’s webinar was titled “Feeding Fullfat Soybean Meal to Ruminants.”

Participants from around the world were able to learn from industry experts and authors of the Northern Crops Institute Fullfat Soybean Meal Handbook. Attendees had the chance to ask questions and tailor the experience to their interests around the benefits of fullfat soybean meal. Participants interacted directly with handbook authors and presenters to learn more about feeding fullfat soybean meal to ruminants.

Kim Koch, Ph.D.; Alvaro García, Ph.D.; Dave Albin, Ph.D.; and Matthew Clark each gave insightful presentations on how and why to feed fullfat soybean meal to ruminants.

The presentations covered a wide range of topics. Participants heard about processing, benefits of feeding, and uses of fullfat soybean meal in ruminant diets. Technical information gave a broad overview of topics covered in the correlating handbook chapter.
