In the last, but not least, Part Four of NCI’s series, NCI Director Mark Jirik and GFT Co-Founder Peter Schott continue discussion of education for domestic and international buyers of U.S. commodities. They discuss through the technical services lens, detailing the importance of quality.
GFT has partnered with NCI on at least four different projects, including lab work and soy quality surveys. “Telling the story of the quality of the crops we grow has been and will continue to be an important component of what NCI does, especially for the feed industry,” says Jirik.
The lab and technical work of NCI is of benefit to its partners like GFT, while simultaneously working towards the NCI mission of promoting the region’s crops for expansion of the domestic and international markets.
Thank you, viewers, for following NCI’s Seed to Feed series! NCI is grateful for the opportunity to partner with GFT on this project in helping farmers use new technology to provide visibility for their end customers. It is about the potential for higher-value markets for growers. Finally, the NCI would also like to thank GFT for taking on the role as a living and breathing platform for innovative solutions.
