Course Overview:

Join the Northern Crops Institute (NCI) for our online “Barley to Beer” course. This course provides participants with information on how to successfully choose high quality malting barley, as well as a basic understanding of the malting process and the brewing of beer, through networked lectures and video tours.

Participants will have the chance to tune into pre-recorded seminars, watch virtual brewery tours and malt tours, as well as engage with presenters during three live Q&A sessions on April 15th, April 22nd, and April 29th; each at 8:00pm (CST)! This online course will begin on April 1st and conclude on April 30th, during which time you will have the chance to complete it at your own pace.
