The Northern Crops Institute (NCI) recently hosted its Grain Procurement Management for Importers short course. Spanning from September 12th through the 21st, this 8-day course welcomed guests from the Middle East, U.S., Africa, Asia, and Europe. This course featured lectures along with tours, and aimed to educate those in the grain handling business on the U.S. grain handling and marketing system and the risk management tools available to aid their purchasing of U.S. grain.
